The delivery period for orders within Switzerland is 5-8 working days. All items available as long as stocks last.

For environmental reasons, we do not make partial deliveries. All ordered products will be sent together in one shipment as soon as all the items are available.

Delivery against invoice, payable within 30 days after receipt. The prices quoted include VAT (8.1 % or 2.6 %). Delivered items shall remain the property of Rega until they are paid in full.

Delivery takes 3-4 working days. A flat rate of CHF 4.80 is charged per order and shipment.

PostPac Economy
Charge: CHF 8.80
Delivery 5-8 working days. A charge of CHF 8.80 will be made per order and shipment.

PostPac Priority
Charge: CHF 12.80
Delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 2.00 pm

Swiss Express
Charge: CHF 23.80
Delivery on the next working day until 9.00 am (including Saturday) for orders received before 2.00 pm

Please report any manufacturing or material defects immediately by telephone or even better in writing, however at the latest within 7 days after receipt. Incorrect or damaged items will be exchanged or repaired.

Items can only be returned or exchanged if they are sent back within 7 days and in the same condition as they were received.

Goods are shipped within Europe only.
A charge of CHF 45.00 will be made per order to cover postage and packaging costs.  

Any import charges (VAT, customs duty, etc.) are levied in accordance with the regulations of the destination country and are payable by the recipient. Please note that these charges may be high and could exceed the value of the goods.
